To ensure availability, you should reserve your date as soon as it’s known. Dates often book as much as a year in advance. We are also a commercial production studio and do stay busy with our commercial bookings.  We often turn away weddings for couples who contact us too late. Once a package has been chosen, a 50% retainer reserves your date. The remaining payment is due within 24 hours of your event. To be fair to everyone, our policy is to consider all dates open until we have received the deposit and a signed agreement; no exceptions. Upon request, we will fax or email the agreement to you for your signature. You’ll need to sign it and fax it back to us. Videos are typically completed 8-12 weeks following the wedding date. Larger wedding packages with several options may take longer. When your video is completed, you will be contacted and advised as to a shipping date.
